- a.Side frame size - 375 x 240 mm, diameter of the pipe 16 x 1.5 mm. For fastening of soft bags of any manufacturer.
- b.Side frame size - 345 x 250 mm, diameter of the pipe 18 x 1.5 mm. For fastening aluminum cases"Touratech Zega Cases","Batanga."
- Manufactured from high quality steel pipes, wall thickness 1.5 mm and protected by a polymer coating.
- The kit includes all needed fasteners for mounting the motorcycle.

Pros
Built from good strong tube. Well painted. Very well packaged and no damage when it arrived.
What didn't you like about our work?
I had to make a two right angle brackets for the rear lugs to attach the rack to my bike. The righthand side lug on the rack was about 15mm to far forward. The brackets were shown in the photos of the rack on the web site page but not included with the rack when it arrived. I suspect some models of the DR 250 are not same all over the world. All other nuts and washers included were of good quality.
Other thoughts
Well worth buying and the extra work required to fit it was no problem. Us motorcyclist enjoy working on our bikes anyhow! I'm about to start building some panniers to fit the rack now.
Bottomline
As I live on the other side of the world from where the rack was made I was a little worried there maybe be problems in delivery but everything went very smoothly and I received the rack less than a month after ordering it. I definitely recommend this company as there is nowhere else in the world which makes good quality racks like the one I purchased.
